1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leolist 2 (the "Platform"), available at leolist2.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. Leolist 2 is a free local directory that connects adults with verified local listings across Canada. By creating an account or browsing listings on Leolist 2, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use Leolist 2. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Leolist 2 does not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under 18.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Leolist 2, including messaging other users, you must create a free account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Leolist 2, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from Leolist 2
• Post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Leolist 2. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Leolist 2 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. Leolist 2 reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Verification Process

Leolist 2 employs a verification process for listings that may include identity checks, video calls, reverse image searches, and background checks. While we strive to maintain the quality and accuracy of listings, Leolist 2 does not guarantee the identity, character, or intentions of any user. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment when interacting with other users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Leolist 2 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use Leolist 2 at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leolist 2 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

Leolist 2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Leolist 2 shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

Leolist 2 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on leolist2.ca. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
